In response to my own challenge on the Prose Challenge forum

This is my second one. The first was fairly predictable and in-house jokey, which you inmates would probably have a had a chortle at :-) but I felt unsatisfied, so embarked on this one, which is wierd. My thanks to Neil Ayres for the 'season' construction and sparking the 'garden' theme in my mind.

Captured and taken to an underground lair, Cat and Simon are now faced with a group of women operating under the collective name of PAMULA. But just what plans do these femme fatales have for our heroes?

Written for a challenge set in the 'Prose Workshop' based on 'Where is Everyone'. All advice/crit very welcome.

I know this one is long but it's a mystery story where the clues build up, leading to a final denouement. I don't think it would work very well broken into sections. The few people who have read it said it didn't seem too long. Give it a chance! You can always stop if you get bored.
